Arcadian Living is a family-run office cleaning, communal area cleaning, gardening, window cleaning and refuse clearance business with three key values at its heart: Service, Loyalty and Respect. Our values run through every part of our organisation and in how we treat our customers and our staff.

We provide great service to our customers
Our business works by taking great care of our customers. We are here to help and serve you. We will listen carefully to your needs and deliver the highest level of service at a competitive price, to achieve and hopefully exceed your requirements.
When things don’t go quite right, we work very hard to sort any problems out quickly and efficiently to your satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our caring, responsive “can-do” attitude.
We show great loyalty to our staff
Our staff are our greatest asset, so we invest time and efforts to ensure they receive the best training possible. All our staff are encouraged to work towards accreditation, so you can be confident that they know what they are doing. We believe in continuous training and support of our staff to make sure they have the right skill set to work to their best of their abilities.
We work hard to provide an enjoyable and safe working environment for our staff. All our staff members are CRB checked and fully insured.
The investment we make in our staff really does pay off with increased effectiveness and motivation shown by our excellent staff retention rates. Our customers tell us they enjoy seeing the same people arrive every week and building up a proper working relationship with them.

We treat others as we like to be treated ourselves, so we look to build relationships of trust and to work openly and honestly with our staff and clients.
Arcadian Living has developed its own Equality and Diversity Policy (see below), as we recognise that our customers and clients have differing needs and we want to be able to meet these needs. We believe that the services we offer make a significant difference to our customer’s lives, and these services will be provided with full consideration to all.
Taking care of the environment
As a commercial cleaning company, Arcadian Living cares very much about the impact of its activities on the environment and we feel that this is an area that matters to our customers too. We are committed to finding solutions to environmental problems by adopting sound principles and best practice. We ensure we take all reasonable steps to deliver only sustainable products and services to all our clients and that only sustainable products and services are purchased from our suppliers.
Environmental regulations, laws and codes of practice will be regarded as setting the minimum standards of environmental performance.
Arcadian Living has developed an Environmental Policy and Green Purchasing Policy (see below), of which we are all very proud and consistently strive to improve our environmental procedures to remain as green as possible.
We do this by:
- 100% recycling whenever we possibly can
- Using materials and equipment that have the smallest environmental impact
- Paperless office to minimize wastage
- Remote working to avoid unnecessary office locations
- Time efficient travelling and journey planning to improve fuel efficiency
